minger, n. DRAFT ENTRY Mar. 2002     
Brit. slang (derogatory).

[Either < MING n.3 + -ER1 or < ming- (in MINGING a.) + -ER1.] 

    An ugly or unattractive person, esp. a woman. Also in extended use.
